Thank you. I have been reading these posts tonight and saw the link on where to make a complaints, and the dropbox file for the full W.S. including Jack Chapmans signature which I will print the key pages off and take a long with me.

I just hadn't found a specific post of what Bargepole actually wrote to SRA or their reply yet.

Final point: Although I got a email receipt from Gladstones on December 23rd, I didn't get one from Chelmsford County Court. I have copied and pasted their email address into Google and it is correct. I guess I should make a call to check they have received my original W.S. and I must get this supplementary one over to them first thing tomorrow morning.

Does it look ok, points 1-7?

It's not public, but I've seen it off forum and the example complaints that others have sent (shown in lots of threads) are based on it. Copy what all the others sent to the SRA and attach a copy of the WS in your case.

I would just remove this (below) as it distracts from the issue and I now reckon there is no need to go into this much detail re when your own was filed & served:
My Witness Statement was emailed on December 23rd 2019 to enquiries.chelmsford.countycourt@justice.gov.uk and to enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk as instructed over the telephone by Chelmsford County Court. Proof of this is in the supplementary evidence showing Gladstones in receipt of my email.
Make sure you email a copy of this new WS and revised costs schedule to Gs and take a print of their email receipt and the 'sent' email to prove the timings.

Emailed everything this morning. Both W.S.'s weren't perfect but I have everything printed (except my Defence, do I need that?!).

My County Court phone line is a joke - they clearly turn it off when it has X amount of calls in the queue as it tells you to call back. Which I did all day with no joy. So I really hope they got both W.S.'s otherwise that'll be a bad start!

I'm sure I've seen a post with tips on what do and how to handle the hearing itself. Wasn't on the Newbie thread through as I've just been through that. I'll keep searching tonight, but does such a Post ring any bells?

I really appreciate all your help. I've got a massive mix of feelings between excited to give this my best shots Vs I'm out of my depth!

I plan to just respectfully disagree with many of the Claimant's W.S. points, and full believe in my own. And to move on from any that don't hit home.

Yes, take a copy to court with you, along with the CRA 2015 Schedule 2 (the grey list of unfair terms) with paras 6, 10 and 14 highlighted, and all your evidence bundle.
I'm sure I've seen a post with tips on what do and how to handle the hearing itself.
    Loads of examples.

Did you mean this YouTube link, originally posted by KeithP? Even if it isn't, it's worth a view to give you a realistic understanding of how things generally might play out at your hearing.

KeithP quicker on the draw than me tonight. Nanoseconds matter on this forum at times! :D

Thank you guys! Will watch the video now.

This post gives me a bit of confidence - fair bit of cross over:

I'd better sort 3 copies of my defence out pronto!

Two wins reported today. Both tell you how the hearing went, and one called the Judge and the whole experience 'delightful':
This was honestly one of the most delightful things I have ever witnessed, and Judge Whitford was simply incredible. I have a strong suspicion that he knows exactly what these parking companies are, and that he'd encountered this particular representative before, too.

I'll have a read in bed! Thanks for the heads up.

    I've just read through:

    1) My original defence
    2) My first WS, evidence
    3) My second WS
    4) Costs Schedule

I feel more confident about it now. I feel like there's plenty of valid points. Hopefully enough, or at least a killer one.

You'll be hearing from me lunch time tomorrow. Thanks again!
