Even though on thier own site they say they don't.

Given that they also designed their site to replicate the official one in order to mislead do you think that telling a few porky-pies on their site is beyond them ?

Trigger Happy, I am 100% a Nigerian warlord who has inherited USD56,000,000, however the bank require a USD100,000 processing fee to release it. If you send me it, I will cut you in to half the funds.

The site may not be one of the ones that sell your data (although there's no way of knowing), they may simply just want your $99!
  • They may not even be based in the UK or the EU and if this is the case, they don't have to comply with the requirements of the GDPR.

They don't even appear to know the difference between an ESTA and a European health card.
I authorize usa-visa.org and/or its parent company to process my ESTA application for the price of USD 99 including the government fees of USD 14. I acknowledge that I understand that should any person on this application decide to remain abroad to live or work, then the relevant authorities must be informed and the EHIC returned

If you have given them your card details can they not still take the money from your account even if you " FREEZE " the account?
