Moral dilemma

If this is inappropriate to post here I apologise but it's worth a go.
I live in a flat and share a letter box with one neighbour. Recently a number of letters, some from the NHS, have arrived with my neighbour's address but with a different name. I know the person named does not live there. It seems dodgy to me. Could it be a stolen identity? My dilemma is should I do something about it, and if so what, or just mind my own business and ignore it?
Your views would be appreciated.

Or, and I know this is crazy, the person simply hasn't updated their address with the NHS...0 -
Not your circus, not your monkeys. Just my view!0

Nothing to do with you.0

Ignore it. It’s not your business.0

Given that you likely have zero knowledge of the private lives of the person/people living in the property, and the issue seemingly has no impact whatsoever on you, then your neighbour's post is nothing to do with you.0

It's perfectly legal for someone to use a friend or family member as a postal forwarding address. I know this because a friend of ours who lost her home due to a sudden relationship breakdown has had to do this.
So, none of your business and feel free to ignore.0 -
You've jumped to one conclusion out of many without evidence, giving yourself this apparent 'dilemma.'
Therefore, if you jump to a different, benign and plausible conclusion, the problem should go away.0 -
None of your business.0

We get stuff for all kinds of folk through our door. Why is this a moral dilemma?0
