This - or even just head over a steaming bowl.
Vick vapour rub in the bowel, or a few drops of Olbus Oil can be an alternative to menthol crystals.
Old fashioned - but as good as anything.

What follows is purely anecdotal:
I used to pour hot water into a bowl, cover it with a blanket and let the steam enter my nostrils (carefully) my lifting the cover over my head.
But the best way to overcome any cold I have found, is drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of sleep. Don't bother walking around doing chores. Just let your body rest so it can concentrate on fighting the infection.
You know what they say
Treat a cold and it lasts 7 days
Don’t treat it and it lasts a week :rotfl:0 -
