10 PCN - LBC - SAR now received

Dear users,
I have had an ongoing case for almost a year and now had LBC, made SAR and had this back from the parking firm.
I believe there are 9 pcns outstanding but they have stated 10.
In the SAR I stated I required a fully copy of all pcns and that an LBC should be, for all outstanding PCN’s not in several seperate claims. I have 3 LBC’s, all for different amounts (but same firm etc)
The email containing the SAR simply states at the end to
“Please refer to the Debt Recovery letter or Letter before Claim, which clearly documents the fees and costs we are claiming for.”
My question is, am I now waiting for a new LBC which includes all outstanding PCN’s? Or do I need to send any or all of the 3 claim forms back now?
I know this is a little vague but any advice on the next best step will be fantastic.
Thanks in advance.

10 PCNs, is this residential?
I know this is a little vague
It is far more than that, have you read the stickies/FAQs?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Which parking company is chasing you; which solicitors are representing them?
How have you managed to rack up 9 (or 10) parking charges? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you for your response,
I have currently reached this stage.
The forms I have are from BW and are asking if I will defend/contest etc. There is reference to Northampton courts etc.
I have received 2 LBC’s form BW (covering 7 pcns) then I have another LBC from BW (for one) and I believe another 1 is working it’s way through the system (totalling 9)
When I received the first 2 LBC’s (covering 3 & 4 pcns respectively)
I issued an SAR requesting all the usual stuff against both of these LBC’s, including a copy of all pcns they consider to be outstanding, they have replied with the SAR and only provided me with details of 2 pcns (both LBC covered more than one PCN but only had reference number to one) I now have a 3rd LBC but have not replied as they have acknowledged that a claim must be for all outstanding PCN’s.
So am I now waiting for an LBC which emcompasses all PCNs?
Long story short is, the car park in question, is a max 3 hour stay, there is another car park parralell which has a payment booth in between the two (I thought the car park I was in was linked to this booth) so I parked here on a one off, months before and paid for parking upon leaving.
At the time I still had the ticket I had paid for (which wasn’t actually applicable to this car park) but I went ahead and appealed to Brittania under the impression I was not in the wrong, with the reason that, I had paid for parking. I had to go to POPLA in the end but I again appealed with the reason I had paid for parking (I had not revisited at this point) and within 24 hours my appeal was successful, Brittania were not contesting the appeal.
So when that happened I was then under the impression I was in the right. Coincidentally some months later I actually relocated with work to this area. For the first 2 weeks I started parking & paying there again.
Of course when I started receiving the PCN’s I was under the impression that they were in the wrong again and appealed them, only to find of course, even though I had paid on each and every occasion I had parked over 3 hours, the payment booth, located between 2 car parks was for the other one in question.
Sorry this is so long winded and convoluted but I haven’t posted anything until right now as I’ve let it run to the stage people have said to on here.

Thanks for your reply,
It is Brittania parking, max 3 hour stay but I paid for parking each occasion (which I have proof of and appealed using) due to reasons below.
The car park is used for land which has several shops surrounding it.

The forms are from BW but are the LBC’s where I have to state I am defending/disputing etc.
