old bank account **** up.

ok i am in the process of claiming my bank charges from nationwide (240 quid) and in the letter i asked for the account to be closed (it wasn't overdrawn when i asked this)

i have just checked the account and it is now -250 quid

they continued to take money out of the account to pay a direct debit return and that made the account go over and so on and so forth
there is no fewer than 10 !! overdrawn fees.

i had a letter from them about my claim and basically they said they would get back to me

do i ignore it??

there not getting a penny from me.

i will go to court before i pay these fees.

any advice??
thanks
