Apartment Leak Detected, but can't find leak.

I'm temporarily staying in a fairly modern apartment tower in Manchester City Centre.

It has a 'Waterguard' system attached to the economy 7 boiler. However its saying "Leak Detected", and as long as it's active the boiler won't come on, meaning i don't have heating or hot water.

I can switch the Waterguard system off, however i'm hesitant to do that in case its preventing a leak.

I've looked around the whole apartment and can't find any leakages.

I told the concierge, who pressed a lot of buttons on the Waterguard panel, and the heating and hot water both came on. However i can't get it back on again. I don't want to call up the concierge every time i want heating.

Has anyone had this problem before? If so, how did you fix it?

Thanks.

Check online for an electronic copy of the user manual, then follow troubleshooting.

I that fails, report the problem to your landlord: they have a responsibility to ensure the heating and hot water system is in working order.
