My in laws are on a old sky legacy box sets package paying around £40 a month. Has anybody had any joy negotiating this down to one of the newer entertainment packages? If so how did you go about it?

In a way ,yes. As part of my package I get Entertainment for £18, HD for £1 and Box Sets for £1. Also have Sports (in HD) for £13.
Entertainment bit shortly to go up to £20
Used to haggle via chat but last October completed the deal on the phone.0 -
OK so I spoke to somebody online and they agreed to put them on the entertainment package for £22pcm + a £10 admin fee. They'll lose boxsets, kids and HD which they weren't fussed about anyway, so are saving nearly £20 a month. 👍0
