Cheap Energy Club switching time

Normally I switch supplier by going direct.

This time I am thinking of going through CEC to get cash back.
How long does it take?

My fix ends at the end of the month

The same time as going direct. All CEC do is to send your details to the supplier which they should be immediately.
BUT the big issue with CEC is that you have to trust them to do that and if they don't or have another issue then you only have an email address for the CEC to ask why things haven't gone through.

terrible i applied 3 weeks ago,,no email response. i chased 2 times and yesterday to forum team. why does the blurb say 12 weeks to switch? i need uswitch now. mse was quick a couple of years ago. i cannot wait for no response. scottish power checked and no contact made.
