Car insurance - should I claim?

Hi all,
My wife recently had a run in with a bollard which caused a minor dent and scuffing on the bodywork (2 panels).
We haven't made any claims at all in many years so not sure whether it's worth claiming or not?
The quote to fix it is £360, the insurance excess is only £100.
If we make a claim will it still up the premium by much even though she has protected no claims?

Yes it would increase the premiums

You can get a good idea on what this claim will do to your future premiums now by doing dummy quotes online with and without this claim in your history
(If the bollard was damaged then this will have to be paid for as well as your repairs)0
