Car accident / Veritas Advisors

I was involved in a car accident yesterday (Not at fault) and today received a call from Veritas Advisors, about getting a category 2 payment, they knew a lot of the details of the incident, but not all. This is before i'd even given the full details to my insurance. I'm guessing this isn't legit and I should just ignore their calls/emails?
