Opening new bank accounts

Hi
My credit rating is circa 600 as I've opened a new credit card recently 0%.
I want to open a nationwide current account to get the 5% interest, along with a couple of savings accounts to move some money around (currently £10k earning nothing)
Will opening another current account and some savings accounts impact my credit rating too much?

Don't worry about your credit score as lenders neither use nor see your credit score. Your credit score is for your eyes only. Lenders score you against their own independent criteria and policies, using the data held in your credit files, added to the data you submit in a credit application.
Incidentally, your circa 600 credit score will probably drop as a result of the application. But since the credit score is meaningless, it does not matter one jot.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Probably yes - it will drop.
I can have my unicorn create you some new points to make up for it if you like?

Savings accounts don't have impact on anything on your credit report. As the name indicates, credit report and credit score is about credit = borrowed money, not about your savings. Your savings accounts do not show anywhere in any credit report. Only current accounts, even without overdraft, as they usually have some small buffer of 10 pounds or so.0
