Somone else's details on my credit report

Can anyone advise? A few years ago a finance company I had previously had an agreement with sent me a letter confirming my finance with a new car. I called them as this wasn't anything to do with me and was informed that there was someone with the same name and date of birth as me on their system and they had contacted me in error. However, since then this person has remained on my credit report. Including her bank details, phone company, full address, credit card bill and outstanding finance. This concerns me as it is effecting my score. Also she must in turn have my full address. If anyone has any advice this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Raise a dispute with the CRAs - remember to check all three.
It doesn't sound as if she has your address.0
