Criteria for account switching incentives

I just got the latest moneysaving bulletin and saw that the deadline for banks dishing out cash for you to switch accounts is coming up.
Do all banks have similar conditions for doing this? And if so, what are they? Like do you have to have XXX balance, or to have had the account for a certain period of time?

You should always check the actual published terms for each incentive before signing up for it anyway though, but the MSE piece is an adequate overview to get you started....0
