The Range

I have an issue with the Range, we ordered a sofa suite, which has some damage, I rang and sent photos, they offered a goodwill geasture, but not to replace the goods, they now want to collect the sofas and then refund us, then we will have to reorder to replace. Which could take another 15 weeks, They state that they can not replace said item until the damage goods have been filled is this right

What do you mean by "filled"?

I'd order elsewhere if they're going to muck you about. You'll have a full refund. You can't force them to replace them or sell anything to you.

Hi. I would say DO NOT order again with the store. It's okay for some things. Sofas is not something I would consider visiting here for. I like Argos, but would never order a sofa from there. I think for such considered purchases, there are better places to go to. The better places will offer instant credit too. Best of luck to you.

I see. I think that's fair. They can only refund you once the existing one is taken away. If you have confirmation they'll collect and refund and you have a credit card with capacity on it, there's nothing stopping you from ordering the replacement now to save lead time. If they then muck about you can cancel it.
