Did you receive your annual statement from them ?

A family member has this and received an e-mail notification saying that their annual statement was ready to download from the 'messages' section of the website, yet when they check it isn't there. Just the initial letter from when they first signed up.

Interesting as I only view the website every month as my standing order is sometimes slightly different days to be displayed.
I have never considered an annual statement, though I'll re post if one arrives online.
Remember my 1st year from Account opening I think is from April 2018 though not sure, though my latest payment is 12th.

Thanks it means a lot to me particularly since short unemployment during 2011.
Could be possible way forward over next few years for myself who has never taken saving seriously.
Looking forward to year two -only then can I consider if I'll make it to years three+four.
