Unfortunately there are no guarantees as prices can change frequently....
There is also the self-defeating MSE effect, where widespread broadcasting of loopholes results in them being closed off, so even if it was historically true that a sample of quotes gathered a year ago followed a specific pattern, the insurance companies are hardly going to sit back and watch their profit margins being eroded by having such predictable pricing policies!0
