Avro Refusing to reduce my DD

I'm over £300 in credit (£400 at times) and have been for 5 months. They refuse to refund more than £200 and are refusing to reduce my DD! I've just sent the complaint template. They are the cheapest in my area to moving would cost me. Any suggestions ?

Have you done your own sums, using Kw not pounds?
