Has anyone been successful in claiming PPI from First National Bank (now GE Money) for windows purchased from St Helens Glass in the mid 1990's?

Not if was sold via St Helens.0

The salesman who sold us the windows was a St Helens Glass representative, but all the paperwork for the loan for the windows which included PPI is for First National Bank. ( Now GE Money)
Am I able to claim for this PPI?
