This item is out of stock at Tesco. Would anyone recommend it for surfin' and saving photos and not much else? They're going to let me know if they get more in. It will have an electrical supply most times so battery life is less important. Thanks

Yes this machine is more than capable of what you need it for!

My mate has this machine and got it a few weeks ago and the only things that goes against it are the light coloured fascia which will get grubby over time and the shear amount of crap software that acer incorporate on the laptop that uses a lot of system resources.
