Hi just looking for some advice
I did a balance transfer of £1000 between my lloyds CC and my wifes aquacard..to clear her card..the transfer went through but for some reason 2 days later the transfer was then reversed by Aquacard... they said not enough funds (isnt the case plenty funds on my CC and besides the transfer wouldnt gone through if the funds werent available) was told it would be 3 working days for the funds to show back up at Lloyds and it didnt phoned back up aquacard and they said it would be 5 clear working days and it didnt..lloyds cant trace the transaction because they have nothing to go on money was paid to Aquacard so there trail ends there..
Aquacard keep saying it was returned to how it was issued
just want some advise best way to deal with this

Formal complaint to aquacard in writing. Two in fact:-
1. Rejecting a payment / balance transfer, costing money in interest.
2. Not returning the money paid to them in a timely manner / or at all.
If not settled to your satisfaction go to the ombudsman.0 -
Agreed with above - formal complaint to aqua card is the route0
