can't swith energy supplier because of smart meter? is there a way around it?

How would you know ? you would only find out if you did not meet the suppliers criteria for credit worthiness .BG would nt say anything either. If a company credit checks you it will be listed on one of your credit reports; which you should be checking at least every few months.0 -

Because only EON show on my credit file. Scottish Power, Zog and Utility Point do not show.0 -

I've only used "smaller" suppliers since 2016 - None of them have ever shown on my credit files.0
