Random calls from "BlueMoney" About a loan I never applied for

So this is a weird one.

A couple of years ago I had a dodgy time, my relationship imploded, I lost a job on two week's notice (I was paid weekly) and having (at the time) undiagnosed mental disorders I went off the deepend (like held in a hospital, escorted by G4S if I wanted a smoke so I didn't run off, if I did the Fuzz would be called to drag me back)

Anyway the usual benefit fiasco at the time and not really being mentally all there I fell into the payday loan trap. Now I have a decent job, got it paid off with a DMP arranged by a mental health charity (since I was vulnerable they did one even when the amount was only around 1k) earn above my means and am able to get accepted by credit card companies you have actually heard of before.

However since then every few months I get a barrage of phone calls from random numbers all claiming to be from a company I think is called "blue money" (it's obviously judging by the odd pronunciations of my name and the accents not a domestic call centre). They claim I have made a loan application for £2000 pounds and have alot of my personal details (like they read my address at the time to me).

The past few times I have called action fraud and put a FICAS on my name but that doesn't seem to stop them.

I am pretty sure this is some scam attempt since I can't find the company on google, but there is a niggling doubt that someone is attempting to fraud me (also I had several hard credit checks at the time that weren't of my doing, including some random ex-friend who tried to put me as a guarantor for a blasted "Amigo" loan without asking)

Am I just being paranoid?
