Sofology sofa faulty and poor standard

We have purchased a sofa back in 2017 it was delivered on the 20/4/2017.
After the first 12 month of use we started to get faults with the leather, in places the leather had lost its colour the dye world rubbing off and we contacted sofology who booked a home server technician out to re dye the sofa on the 28th July 2018, after a few days the leather which had been repaired faded lighter than the rest of the sofa, we sent in pitures and sofology decided to recover the sofa. They said they would send out the leather than have the sofa re trimmed, we asked if this could be done at there wearhouse as we don’t have a lot of room and would prefer this to be fixed and returned to us, they agreed to this and forward it to the collection department to have it picked up.
Forward on 7 months after various calls and constantly talking to staff who had to go over the notes they managed to pickup the sofa for repair (4 days for the repair) 23 February, it is now the

You bought a sofa in 2017, had it repaired in 2018, they've collected it for another repair in 2019 and now it's 2018 again?

Sounds like it's warped over time,
  • So they've had it a little over a week? Have you tried contacting them to ask how much longer this will take?

I'm pretty sure OP means it's now the 5th of March and the company have had it longer than the 4 days they quoted...
Well informed on the subjects of sofas and wood furniture, and well opinionated on everything else :rotfl:
