  • The letter says 'the trial fee is 2.1 in the current civil fees order'
    Mean anything to you?
  • There was a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings letter before this letter, but I assume that is usual to transfer it to a local court.

    Update

Had a letter from County Court stating that a judge has considered the statements and advises that the claimant must pay a court fee of £300 or file a properly completed application. .
