Changing business banks and swap bonus

Hi,
I'm with Natwest business banking and they are basically trying to get rid of a section of their business customers. I'm not exactly sure why, something to do with competition i think. Anyway , i actually stopped trading last year but will restart again this year but retained by business account as I knew i was going to start trading again at some point and got a job. My wages from that job are paid into my business bank account. Some of the suggested banks that I can swap to are offering £1000 cashback which is obviously very exciting but I cant see why they would give me £1000 cashback for my piddly little business account which isnt currently trading. I also feel a bit dishonest as I'm not actually trading at this moment in time even though i fully plan to be within the next 6 months. Is it worth going for ? Will they just let me change then say sorry you don't qualify for the bonus ?
Anyone else had this ?
