I have received a notice from a private parking company with photos of my car entering the site at 08:19:28 & leaving at 11:59:21 the sign in the car park says parking tariffs apply from 9am to 6pm yet they say I have over stayed & need to pay £100 or if I pay within 14 days this will go down to £60! As according to their OWN photo's it was less than 3hrs (JUST) I have emailed them & told them this but I have not had a reply, what should I do next ?

the PPC has timed it from entry to exit, not applying the tariffs shown in post #1
if we knew who had issued the PCN we could advise further, plus which "country" they are in , and were the 3 hours actually paid for ?
the lack of specific details means nobody can advise the OP0
