If Euro took you to court in Scotland it would be a first. They never have so far. Even people with multiple tickets. That kind of makes the odds difficult to guess.0

you are probably more likely to be hit by an articulated lorry next monday, so perhaps you should be stressed about that and stay in ?
if they had filed a court claim under the simple procedures for scotland, I would expect that you might be stressed, but to get a scam letter from the DRPL timewasters and be stressed about "what if" is not something you should waste your life doing, because it will probably never happen, like you not being hurt in an accident with an artic
DRPL cannot and do not take these issues to court in England and Wales, so have no chance in Scotland and in N.I.0
