Quidco not honouring 'exclusive' cashback

Hi all,

I went through Quidco on 1 Mar 19 to Co-Operative Electrical; they had a 6% cashback 'exclusive'.

I made my purchase, but found that it was tracking at the usual 2% cashback.

I sent an email to customer services who said they cannot see 6% and i have to provide proof.

Anyone any ideas as this is a bit low from Quidco

If you didn't screenshot the web page then you might be on a hiding to nothing. Check your browser history to see if the page has been cached?

Wouldn't even know where to start with that!

On HUKD, there are deals that even mention the 6% cashback, however, email back from Quidco, they are refusing to honour the cashback saying they have never had 5% or 6% for this retailer (even though their own site is currently offering 5%!) and without screenshots i am basically a liar.

Screenshot their current site and email it back to them to prove that THEY are liars?

Quidco is currently offering 'up to 5%' and then lists 3 things in particular that are at the 5%.

What was the actual wording of the offer you clicked through, 6%, or 'up to 6%'
