As i wanted to view the document in full, they refussed to supply the rest of the policy.

They would have distributed the insurance.
If either or both have been complicit in something shady I would certainly be pushing for answers.
There was no Will just the insurance policy but all 4 needed to sign to complete the claim.
Don't know the solicitors who dealt with it all. To my understanding to save money they have completed all of the estate them selfs. No property involved.

Thank you, I have checked the gov website many times, this was one of the reasons it made me think about the time scale for probate, As my mum passed in May 2018 and the other 3 sisters have had the payout.0
