POPLA missing files

Just found out that POPLA my attachments which were definitely uploaded are not there.

Ive called them and they confirmed there’s not attachments and they will not accept anything right now.

What should I do? I need to submit a comments but that means I surely lost the case?

I followed a templates and created a pdf file which successfully uploaded during popla submission.

Submit your comments. Refute the ppc claims as robustly as you can. If your appeal is declined complain about the process.

While it is being heard complain to your MP. Parliament is looking hard at these companies. POPLA is a law unto itself unfortunately.

Did you see the little 'bin' icon on the POPLA page when you uploaded the file?

Email a complaint to POPLA, no ringing them. Ask for their techies to locate your appeal PDF.

And do the comments anyway.

I remember that it all uploaded successfully and then I submitted it. I couldn’t have deleted it by accident.

No you are right, it cannot delete once the bin appears. I've done hundreds.

Techies at POPLA have looked for missing files and found them before.

No phone calls!
