I will call the court and ask for a copy of my statement. Sorry, new to this but learning as I go along.
When I fill out the form should I say I have a witness statement? I can put TBC.

    No.

How to fill out the DQ (in detail, question by question) is explained in the NEWBIES thread, as are all the stages including (later) WS and evidence.

Please, read the NEWBIES thread 2nd post and learn what happens when.
Also, how do I get to the newbies thread?
You've been reading my replies yet ignoring my signature telling you where to click?

Or have you been doing this on a phone and can't see half the forum/signatures?

Too late for a counter claim, and only rarely are there grounds.

Do you need grounds? When I took the dentist to court last June he counter claimed against me for breach of contract where no contract existed, (and also for being a bit snotty towards him).
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Yes you need grounds!

Unless you are a litigious idiot who doesn't mind losing, if the aim is in fact to bully and intimidate (there are such sad idiot people in life, sadly).

Not you, your cases have had merit and bargepole took one on for you.

I have received a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track form from Nottingham County Court.
    Really??

Or did it come from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton?

As this progresses, you will find that detail is very important.

You havea physical form in front of you. You have the newbies thread , post 2 which tells you precisely what to do to fill out this form. What exactly is the problem here?
