Bisl insurance help needed

Options
Hi,

I cancelled a car policy in Feb 2016 and transferred the NCB into my now x-wife's name. Last week I received an email thanking me for renewing my Insurance on my Renault Wind. Long and short is when she called in 2016 to arrange in her name the advisor has put me down as The Policy Holder and a named Driver- on top of that I have since learned that the credit agreement is also in my name with the DD being taken from my X wife's account. I am now being chased for a balance of £9.76 on a policy I have never taken out and on a credit agreement I've not signed digitally or physically.

I am currently awaiting for the complaints team to get back to me with an explanation.

any advice greatly appreciated as I have wasted over 4 hours of my time trying to get this resolved.

You dont need a wet signature.
When the document arrived, did you not query why you were receiving those things?
