Lloyds TSB Phone Scam?

Hi all,
Has anyone had a call from someone saying that they are from Lloyds TSB offering a reward of £15 if you help them with assessing new products?
The caller then goes on to say that you now need to access the internet to continue. My mum was called yesterday by someone claiming this, and luckily is not on-line and so the caller thanked her for her time and hung up. When she had asked earlier on in the conversation was he *really* from Lloyds TSB he had replied "Yer what?!". She mentioned it at the bank this morning, but was told that they were not aware of any such scam or survey doing the rounds, but they did think it odd that she was offered a cash incentive.
Being of a suspicious mind, I would have thought that if she had been on-line she would have had to "log in" to somewhere that was not a genuine Lloyds TSB site. :mad:
But maybe it was genuine ...
