Returning to university after illness

Options
Hi all

Due to a period of terrible health and complications I have had 5 years previous study.
My health is now excellent as the issue was taken care of and I would like to return to FT education however apparently SFE can invoke a regulation stating you are no longer suitable for funding regardless of CPR.
Could anyone suggest how likely they are to do this? And if SFE were considering it, anything that may persuade them to give me a chance?
Thank you

CPR is a discretionary dispensation and is decided on a case by case basis.

You would need to provide as much evidence as possible as to what the reason was and how it affected you to prevent you continuing your studied.

It will also depend on what funding you have already had and what you want now.
