Global Test Market now Lifepoints

What are peoples thoughts on Global Test Market changing to Lifepoints?
Generally speaking when survey sites change they change for the worse but so far I'd say the change has been alright.
One thing I always hated about Global Test Market was the number of surveys I'd get screened out of, so the consolation points are welcome even if they are less than 2p.
I also hated seeing all those surveys when you logged into the website that I'd never take because they never said how many points they were and didn't want to risk taking the dreaded prize draw surveys, but now they all give the time and points available.
On the downside the website is slow. The surveys are still pretty boring and the rewards aren't as good as they used to be, but this was also an issue with Global Test Market in recent times.

The life points site is atrocious, s;ow, poorly laid out and log out times are way way way too short.
That said I've had my best month in a while compared to GTM so can put up with a couple of gripes. Almost kicked GTM into touch a couple of times in the past year but if Lifepoints means it keeps being a solid earner I'll stick with it.0 -
Although I agree about the website having a much clearer dashboard and more surveys to respond to, the new site is just as slow as the old one. It can take ages to log in, especially in the evenings.
Also, the questions before some of the surveys start, eg Do you have a ferret? Have you been hunting moose? etc are ridiculous and annoying.0 -
It's a long time since they changed to Lifepoints. It was about July 2017.0

It's been awful since it changed for me - incredibly slow, 3 million emails a day which aren't for a particular survey just make you log in again to the (slow) homepage, surveys don't load, I was getting 2 points for not qualifying but that seems to have stopped in the last couple of days, plus it was variable whether those points were added to my account, 80% of the surveys I do complete seem to land at that CINT page and don't redirect back to Life Points or credit my account AND their activity page doesn't have any of the survey numbers on it so it is impossible to work out what I have or haves not been credited for.
I would have ditched it completely, but I'm 30 points from payout so just trying to get ONE survey to credit so I can get my cash and run!0 -
This has got to be the slowest server ive ever come across!0

A right royal pain in the backside. It is a horrible user interface. At the moment I am currently unable to access any surveysI work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

I have been with Global Test for years, also Mysurvey (ditched that last year, site slow and kicked out of so many surveys waste of time). At least with GTM e'mailing survey invites, you could click on the button and get taken straight to the survey, which was slow but not as bad as having to log into their site.
That has now changed and you have to log in, takes ages then as it is so slow, you get logged out due to time out. I am finding most of the surveys start with those stupid questions, totally irrelevant to surveys, monotous and boring.
I raised a ticket last week pointing all the above out, got a reply quite quickly, saying it will be passed to IT to look at. If everybody does this, perhaps (though I won't hold my breath), they may sort something out, otherwise this is another site I will ditch.0 -
My experience is exactly the same Foxy16
Also ditched My Surveys last year for the same reasons. Also finding the new Lifepoints site slow to the point of timing out frequently, especially in the evenings. The long list of boring monotonous questions seem pointless, whether they are some sort of attention check, not sure.
By weekend I will either send a message on their Facebook page, or post a ticket. The more people who complain the more chance of improvements.

I will also send a ticket complaining too. The more of us that complain, the more likely they are to remedy these problems...
Edit: Complaint ticket sent...
