Hello,

I have paid 2 of the 3 ccj's i have off last month one was with lowell solictors and the other was with a person i used to rent a room off. I have a letter of satisfaction from lowell and waiting for one from the letting agent.

How do i get them removed off my credit file, do i need to contact each credit agency or the country court? How long will they take to be removed?

Thanks
Mitch

Unless you paid them off within 30 days of the CCJ's being awarded you can't get them removed.

Were they paid with 30 days? If so, they shouldn't appear on your files.

If not, they will remain for 6 years from when they were put on.

Payment of a CCJ does not remove it from your credit file unless it’s made within 30 days of judgement, even then you will probably have to chase up the companies concerned.

No they drop off, but by not paying the owed person could instruct bailiffs to come and collect a la can't pay we'll take it away.

Lender? You may struggle for credit now you have CCJ's on your credit file. As you get closer to them dropping off in six years the situation may get a little easier.
