Bank statement? As in current account? Not sure you'd have ppi on that?

Just the CC account number, does the statement show the ppi you paid?

You only complain about the PPI on the product that has it. Overdraft PPI does exist but seems fairly rare. Your credit card statement will show if you paid PPI, it would be a separate charge on the statement.

A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

It would be called whatever generic name the card company used (card protection, payment protection, that sort of thing), it would be a separate charge on every statement where you didn't pay the balance in full and would vary every month, typically 70-80p per £100 of debt.

You're welcome. There are [mostly] no stupid questions. We just get used to what things are called in bank-speak :)
