Has anyone won a holiday with real people?

Just a general question, has anyone ever won a holiday with real people, if so what was the company you booked the holiday with and did you experience any difficulties sorting it?
Sorry for all the questions but my grandparents have recently won a holiday and are having difficulty getting hold of the company to book it with, either no answer, music or even someone answering the phone and saying the building has been vacated!. I've told them to ring real people to see if they have any info on this company.
Really hope that all this can be sorted as they were so excited about the holiday!

hi, ive not won a holiday with them, just some money and a years supply of persil. I had to keep chasing to get the persil vouchers but got them in the end. It might be worth emailing the competitions editor, I did that and she replied each time? Do your grandparents know where they won a holiday to? Have they any details on what to do?Weight Loss - 102lb0

They've been given three options, dubai, thailand and barbados, they had a letter off the company tradewinds (i think letters with them) just detailing the name of the hotel for each location and if its half board or room only. They were trying to get hold of a brochure of a bit more info from the company so they could make a decision. I tried ringing the company for them monday afternoon and kept ringing to a dead tone, my gran told me today she's tried ringing since then and got nothing. I'm going to see grandparents tomorrow and if i can't get hold of the travel agency i'll ring the competitions editor. They have been told they have to take the holiday by the 31st March.Thankyou to all the posters of competitions :beer:0

So do i they both said that this is a holiday they wouldn't have booked and they'd been thinking of going away for their 50th wedding anniversary so this sealed it for them and they are hoping to go away around the date. It all seems to good to be true at the moment especially as we can't get hold of the company to book it! I'll see what i can do today now to sort it out.Thankyou to all the posters of competitions :beer:0
