Have you just had it delivered? If so, how long ago?
Where have you placed it?
Have you complied with the clearances specified in the manual (in all dimensions)?
Is there any sign of life at all? Light, LED, etc?

Lots of pertinent information, without which it's just about impossible to have any idea what's wrong.

Is it a refrigerator or a fridge/freezer?
If the latter, which part isn't getting cold?
Is the appliance new or old?
If old, how old?
Has it recently been moved?
