We're going to need a bit more information before anyone can help, other than as zx81 suggests, checking you've plugged it in.I have a Hotpoint Ice Diamond that won't go cold. What am I missing please anyone?
Have you just had it delivered? If so, how long ago?
Where have you placed it?
Have you complied with the clearances specified in the manual (in all dimensions)?
Is there any sign of life at all? Light, LED, etc?0 -

Is it a refrigerator or a fridge/freezer?
If the latter, which part isn't getting cold?
Is the appliance new or old?
If old, how old?
