So I applied for a community account as I work for a charity and two weeks ago I submitted the charity’s documents however it said takes 5-10 working days before I hear anything
It’s march still not heard anything
How long does it take for a community to be opened after submitted document

If you submitted the docs two weeks ago and they said to wait 5-10 working days then they're surely still within timetable? I'd just wait another few days and if still nothing contact the bank.0
