Has this now been withdrawn? I can no longer find it on their website and the existing hyperlinks redirect to their main page.

Looks as though the postal instructions on cheque deposit will take at least the ten advised days. Ten days is up tomorrow for us.

We've received the DD agreement letter but nothing else.

My parents got their letter this Monday, the DD agreement came separately but in the same post. They originally applied on the 4th.

BM have confirmed they have a backlog here and the postal cheque instructions should be received by mid next week.

Having just received the maturity letter -  the options for a decent new account aren't great for this at maturity.

Looking at the BM website they seemed to have steered away from almost all saving products.

My thoughts too when I got my maturity letter yesterday and browsed their website! I'll put the proceeds into my 95day (1.88% - no longer available) and see what turns up.
