Got a letter today from Barclays saying they have investigated my complaint re; card protection. I have to write to the card protection people myself. After them telling me I would to need to complain to Barclays instead. AAAGGGHHHHHHHHh, does anyone know their job ?????????????

Finally got a response from Barclays Card Protection...........they have cancelled my policy. Thats it ! No anwsers to my other questions at all so i phoned up and complained again. Spoke to a helpful lady who said £15 has been taken out of my bank every year since 1997. I hadto fax my original letter of complaint to her so she could get the money refunded. She also took my current address so from now on all correspondance will be sent to correct address. Why couldnt I of spken to her in the first place !
