Is there a quick and easy way to tell when the Tesco Bank Credit card 0% purchases offer ends on my card. I remember being offered the 12 month 0% purchases offer when I applied for the card in July 2018. So, putting 2 and 2 together, the offer will end in July 2019. But have no idea when exactly.
Looked through all my statements. However, it only states that I'm currently on the 0% introductory purchases period. (it doesn't say when it will finish).
My august 2018 statement has this:
from this I gather that the May 2019 statement (2 months before offer ends) will have a similar important message. Apart from that we are none the wiser.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that your new introductory money transfer rate and balance transfer rate will expire 09/10/2018, the standard monthly variable rate will apply after that date.

Is the above statement from your August statement not just telling you when the offer for the 0% introductory rate expires? Usually you have to do any balance transfers within a set period of time (30/60/90 days) If you took the card out on 09/07/2018 then 90 days from then is around 09/10/2018.0

My mistake i didn't read your post properly.0 -
They should send you a text/email about a month before to let you know that your offer is due to expire.0

It ends after x months on the day after the date on your credit agreement which is normally your statement date. They will let you know via your statement 2 months before the end and only that once - they do not mention it on the 1 month prior statement !1

you could always phone them,
they are nice people working for a job,,,,,,,,
an ask them !0 -
From what I've read on their equivalent of the MSE forums it'll be printed again two months before the promotion is due to expire. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0

With effect from 9 October 2018 the cost of borrowing for any outstanding balances linked to these introductory rates will increase to the standard rates shown below.
Also, my first statement was produced on 09 August 2018. So, account would have been opened on 09 July 2018. Therefore, 0% purchases intro offer finishes 09 July 2019.
It would be great if the date was mentioned on every statement and/or online banking/app for ease of reference, rather than us having to crack a code to figure it out.0 -

So, presumably I should receive a similar email about three weeks before the 0% purchases introductory offer finishes.

You're making this far more difficult than it needs to be! Just phone them.
It's as simple as that, and I speak from experience with the exact same issue, with a Tesco card a few years ago.
No code cracking required after all, you will be relieved to hear:)
Just one phone call, for all your queries.Feb 2008, 20year lifetime tracker with "Sproggit and Sylvester"... 0.14% + base for 2 years, then 0.99% + base for life of mortgage...base was 5.5% in 2008...but not for long. Credit to my mortgage broker0 -
