The prize:

The winner and their partner will stay for seven nights in a deluxe room at Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort & Private Island, at Montego Bay, Jamaica. The resort offers two distinct holiday settings. The first is centred on the Georgian-style Great House, with its landscaped gardens, croquet lawn and roaming peacocks. Meanwhile, on the resort’s private island, you’ll find a more relaxed atmosphere in the poolside bar and Thai restaurant. Paddleboarding, sailing and snorkelling are among the complimentary watersports available, and the resort offers all-inclusive five-star dining in eight restaurants, as well as unlimited premium wines and spirits.

* The Prize: One seven-night (7) Luxury Included®(all-inclusive) holiday for two (2) adults at Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort & Private Island in one deluxe room with a king size bed (subject to availability and selected blackout dates) and two (2) economy class return flights from London, subject to availability.
* The Prize Provider and Administrator for redemption purposes only is Unique Caribbean Holidays (UK) Ltd. Affiliate Representative of Sandals Resorts, 32 Ives Street, London, SW3 2ND.
* Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel.
* The prize is offered subject to availability, and must be taken before March 6, 2020, excluding Easter, July, August, December, New Year and US public holidays. It is strictly non-transferable, there is no cash alternative and it is non-redeemable for cash. If the winner is unable to redeem the Prize within the specified time the Prize will be forfeited.
* Dates cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure, and blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. This fee varies in accordance with the airline.
* Sandals Resorts are for couples and all accommodations include one king size bed.
* The Prize is subject to Sandals Resorts usual terms and conditions and Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate the Prize winner from the stated resort to an alternative Sandals Resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates booked due to any circumstance beyond their control.
* Privacy policy/use of data: the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides a number of protections for use of your personal data. Any personal data collected from the Prize Winner and provided to Unique Caribbean Holidays (UK) Ltd. as the Prize Provider and Administrator of the Prize for redemption purposes shall be subject to our privacy policy located at www.sandals.co.uk/general/privacy/. The Prize Provider will only use the personal data of the prize winner and travel companion for the purposes of administrating the Prize redemption, unless the Prize winner and travel companion provide express consent signifying their agreement to any other processing or use of their personal data. For Prize redemption purposes the personal data collected from the Prize winner and travel companion will be shared with the Prize Provider’s reservations affiliate and the resort which are both located outside of the European Economic Area.
* The competition is not open to employees and their immediate families of promoter Unique Caribbean Holidays (UK) Ltd and their associated agencies.
* The Competition is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). One entry per household.
* There is only one prize and only one winner will be chosen. The prize winner and their travel companion must be over 18 and must travel on the same itinerary.
* Entrants should check the Gov.co.uk website for travel advice before entering.
* The winner and his/her travelling companion are required to ensure they have valid passports or visas/ESTAs, for travel, if required. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the Caribbean when taking up the trip. Domestic transfers, including any internal flights or transportation to London are not included.
* The resort accommodations are inclusive of all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkelling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, gratuities and resort transfers to and from the resort’s designated airport.
* The prize excludes domestic transfers, including any internal flights or transportation to London, Spending money, Telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Sandals Resorts Specialty Shops. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Prize package description, including but not limited to, all ground transportation (outside of local airport transfers in the Caribbean), Travel insurance, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees and taxes.
* Each Entrant agrees and as a condition of possibly being awarded the Prize to release and hold harmless the Prize Provider and its affiliated companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and insurers from and against any and all claims, causes of action and/or liability for any injuries, illness, death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the competition or receipt or possession, use or misuse of the Prize or any element thereof.
