Do BWL even know whether they have absolutely everything that the PPC has on you?
If the answer is 'yes' to both those questions, then of course you have no need to send a SAR to the PPC.
Otherwise...0 -
I have no way of knowing if BW Legal have supplied absolutely everything. I'd be suprised if much more left though looking at what I have got here. My request was verbal during a 'phone convo to BW during which I requested 'all evidence they intended to use...'
Keith P do I detect a hint? as in, I've no way of knowing so send SAR...
Oddly amongst the pics they sent a photo of the tax disc. I'm bemused as of course it all done online now...although it has reminded me to remove it as no longer needed...or am I missing something?0 -
You are right to have detected that hint.
Send a SAR to the PPC.
If it exposes nothing more, so what. What have you lost?0 -
if in doubt , email a SAR to the DPO at VCS
if you want to create more work for VCS, send the SAR
if you want to just be awkward because they are pursuing you , send the SAR
if you send the SAR and you get more or differing information than what B W LEGAL sent, highlight any issues or differences accordingly0 -
Roger that.
No idea what DPO or VCS are but will prepare the SAR anyway!
( I've just read the TPSLtwats thread and my brain has overheated)
Thanks patient people...0 -
ok , as its ARMTRAC, email their DPO the SAR request (VCS was a different company and I had read several VCS threads tonight)
think Data Protection, you said you had read the NEWBIES thread, ergo ..................0 -
Hi Folks,
An update if you will...I received a pile of papers from Armtrac, the same as those from BWLegal, so, some pics of my car with a ticket on it and the NTK, and a couple of the interrim letters.
I have just received a letter from BWL approx 1 week ago confirming my case is on hold whilst they 'query this matter with Our Client'.
I can't remember what they are querying!!
I plan to wait for the response, they say they will contact me....
Is there anything else I should be doing? Do I need to start learning the detailed stuff from the Newbies Thread in preparation for constructing a defence? It's quite a read...
Kind regards,
