PPS parking notice

So a car has received a PPS parking notice, in a red not yellow plastic envelope on car window. This car has a permit to park there (has done for 10yrs!) - was legally parked in space (however the sticky had become unstuck so permit wasnt visible) Please can you advice what the keeper should do now?

You will need to have a good read through the NEWBIES post (post #1), which has a template appeal which you can ping off to PPS. It is important to make sure it is clear you appeal as keeper.

Chances are, it will be rejected, and there is no point in appealing to the IPC.

Perhaps complaining to the landowner/permit issuer would also be a wise move.

Please bear in mind PPS are an IPC firm, unless it's PPS (London) Ltd who are BPA.
