NCP Letters

I have been getting letters from NCP which i chose to ignore like most people would. Now ive received they’re final letters claiming i have 14 days to pay or they’ll pass my details on the debt collectors, just wanted to check with anyone who may know if its fine to still ignore them. My only concern is the car park in question is fitted with cameras and has photos of my car entering and leaving the car park.

NCP know as well as we do that debt collectors are just timewasting morons.

And, like you, most people would be wrong.
Since the beginning of 2013 no one is advised to ignore private parking charges, so your decision to ignore is now likely to cause you more work and could be potentially costly.
Where are you in relation to when you first had communication from NCP?
Date of parking incident?
Date of issue shown on the first letter from NCP?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If you take a look around this board you will see about half the threads on here are people requesting help defending court claims. The claims are because they ignored the ticket.
There is now nothing you can do until a claim comes. If you move in the next 6 years tell NCP. You will see a substantial number of the court threads are dealing with people who have moved and been landed with a default ccj.0
