Change to self employed contract

I have a self employed contract working for one firm. They want to issue a new contract. I am happy to do this but only after taking legal advice. I am being pressured to sign without advice. I got the contract one day and was told I was expected to sign it the next day. Do I have any rights.

If I don’t sign of course they can terminate the existing contract although this hasn’t been threatened yet. If it was and I singed the new contract would that be duress or undue pressure
