Hi everyone. StepChange submitted my DRO on Weds 27th Feb around 3pm whilst I was on the phone to them. General consensus from reading the various posts seems to be 48 hr turnaround but these posts are from a few months back and last year. Anyone know the current wait time? I've checked the register just now (Sat 2nd) but it doesn't show on there yet. Should I be worried that it hasn't been agreed?

48 hours usually means business days, taking you to Friday 3pm

give it another day or two. you will know through stepchange or the OR before the insolvency register.

if you have heard nothing back by Wednesday, give stepchange a call to check. usually takes a few days

Hey thanks for the reply. I checked the register again at 7am and it is now showing on there with yesterday's date. So they must update it after 5am and before 7am. But all sorted now.... Such a relief finally!
